How long does the first delivery take?
The first batch is delivered within 3-5 business days after moodboard approval. In subscription accounts, subsequent batches are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly routine, or mapped to your campaign launch dates.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions per asset are fully included. The third and subsequent rounds cost 50 USD per asset. In practice, after aligning on the approved moodboard, revisions are minimal because the brand's aesthetic is pre-determined.
Do I need to ship my physical product?
No shipping required. Just send photos of the product from 3-4 angles along with details on its materials, dimensions, and colors. No packing, no customs, no delay. If your product requires exact pixel fidelity (holograms, micro-engraving, special reflections), we'll ask for a single high-quality photo.
How does this differ from a traditional photoshoot?
Three main things. Speed: 3-5 days instead of 2-3 weeks. Price: starts from 600 USD for a pack of 8 assets, instead of 3,000-8,000 USD for a studio hire. Scalability: unlimited seasonal variations, color variants, and localization changes — any asset can be spun into 10 new variations instantly.
What if a video does not perform well under the performance model?
You pay a baseline of 50 USD per video to cover production costs, even if the algorithm doesn't take off. On the flip side, even if a Reel hits 10 million views, your payment is capped at 1,500 USD. This caps the financial risk on both ends, keeping it win-win.
